Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day from our New York or Milan warehouses.

United States: 1–3 business days. Canada and Europe: 2–4 business days. Asia Pacific: 3–5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Standard express shipping is complimentary on every order, worldwide.

Next-day delivery is available in New York, Los Angeles and London for $35 or local equivalent.

Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes or freight forwarders.

For most regions, duties and taxes are included in the price you see — there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

For orders shipped within the United States, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

You may return unworn, unaltered items with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Every parcel includes a prepaid return label. Request your return from your account or contact Client Services, then drop the parcel with the carrier.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us.

To exchange for another size or colour, request an exchange and we will reserve the new item while your return is in transit.

Exchanges are shipped free of charge as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.

Earrings, made-to-measure pieces and items purchased during private sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
