Creating an account
How do I create an account?+
Choose Account at the top of any page, then Create an account. You only need your name, your email address and a password of at least eight characters.
Do I need an account to order?+
No. You can order as a guest. Creating an account afterwards with the same email lets you follow your past orders.
Can I save items without an account?+
Yes. The heart on every product saves it to your wishlist on this device. Sign in to keep it across devices.
Managing your details
How do I change my password?+
Sign in, open Account, then Personal details. You can change your password, your phone number and your delivery address there.
How do I close my account?+
Write to us through the contact form with the subject Account. We close the account and delete your personal data within 30 days, except what we must keep for invoices.
