Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, free of charge.
How to return
1. Open Register a return and enter your order number and email address.
2. Choose the pieces you are sending back and the reason.
3. Print the prepaid label, or show the code at a drop-off point.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving in Marseille.
Questions
Can I exchange for another size?+
Yes. Choose Exchange in the return form and pick the new size; we send it as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.
Can I return in a boutique?+
Yes, in any of our boutiques, with your order number.
What cannot be returned?+
Personalised pieces, swimwear without its hygiene strip, earrings and gift cards.
