When will my order leave?+
Orders placed before 13:00 (Paris time) on a business day leave our warehouse in Marseille the same day. Personalised pieces leave within 3 business days.
Are duties included?+
Prices shown in the Taiwan region, Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom and the European Union include duties and taxes. Nothing more is asked at delivery.
Can I collect in a boutique?+
Yes, choose Click & collect at checkout. We send an email when your order is ready, usually within two days.
