An order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product turns out to be unavailable, in which case you are refunded in full.

Prices are shown in the currency of the region selected, including duties and taxes where stated. Delivery is free.

You may return any item, except personalised pieces, swimwear without its hygiene strip, earrings and gift cards, within 30 days of delivery, at no cost.

Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity. Our boutiques also repair our leather goods for life; repairs may be charged depending on the work.
